How long has Attachment Supply Company been in business?
While ASC was launched in 2020, it is supported by over 25 years in the attachment industry. James Baird literally grew up in the industry as his family founded and ran the wheel loader and excavator attachment manufacturer JRB Company, Inc. from 1983 to 2004. After the sale of the family business, James continued working for other attachment manufacturers in the US and even in Australia enabling him to learn about a broader range of attachments and how best to service the customer.
Are you a trustworthy and authorized dealer of construction attachments and wear parts?
We are an authorized dealer of all the products we sell and stand behind our items 100%. Given our time spent in the industry, we’ve been able to develop strong relationships with the manufacturers on our site. This means we're able to negotiate the best prices, for the best products, and back it all up with friendly and knowledgeable customer support. We don't deal in cheap, unreliable equipment, and we never sell knock-off products. We believe in heavy-duty, durable equipment that our customers can trust day-in and day-out.
How do I know your products will fit my machine?
Whether an attachment will fit a specific machine can be dependent on a number of factors like machine type, weight class, lifting capacity, coupling interchange, hydraulic flows and pressures, and other elements. ASC, based on our industry knowledge, has developed an easy way to shop for attachments for your specific machine, called the “My Fleet” feature and the ability to search by attachment type, or machine type. At the end of the day, if there are still questions, we are here to ensure you purchase meets your requirements.
Where are you located?
We are located in Akron, Ohio.
Where will my items ship from?
Depending on the item it will either ship from our facility in Akron or "drop ship" from our manufacturer partners for more efficient shipping methods. A "drop ship" item will be pulled, packed and shipped from their location. Our partners are located throughout the US and Canada.
How long does it take to ship my order?
While some of our attachments are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours of an order, due to the nature of the type, size, and options of many attachments, they are built to order. Shipping time on these items vary, but we work hard to ship these items as quickly as possible, and are continually working with our partners to decrease lead times. Items that require longer build times, pre-order items, or items with longer lead times, will be noted when you select the product and add it to your cart.
What does "Lead Time" mean?
Lead Time is a pre-designated amount of time that is required before your order will be ready to ship. We flag some items with specific lead times for many reasons, some include: complicated assembly, custom work required, low stock, or stock that is on back-order from the manufacturer.
What is your Return Policy?
We want our customers fully satisfied, no exceptions. We're happy to accept the return of any unused item within 30-days of the original purchase. We also offer exchanges, and in some cases, are able to accept returns outside of the 30-day window.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 1-Year Limited Hassle-Free Warranty. This is in addition to any warranty or support provided by the manufacturer. We do this because we want our customers to shop with confidence and know that Attachment Supply Company stands behind their products as well as their customers.
My item arrived and isn't working, what should I do?
We do everything we can to ship reliable and trustworthy products, and we work hard to ensure your order is accurate and compatible with the specifications of your machine. In the rare case that we do make a mistake, or you receive a defective item, we will issue a full refund of your purchase and pay all original and return shipping costs.
My item was damaged in transport, how can we make this right?
We rely on timely, accurate and secure shipping on a daily basis, and as such, have partnered with shipping carriers that we trust ship products the right way and to avoid damage during transit. In the rare case of receiving an item that has been damaged during transport, it is your responsibility to note any and all damage on the Bill of Landing (BOL), upon delivery. You will also be responsible for filing a freight claim with the carrier. For our part, we will do everything we can to be an advocate on your behalf, and assist in negotiating with the carrier to remedy the situation.
Do you ship Internationally?
In many cases, we do offer International Shipping. Due to the complicated nature of these shipments, we ask that you please place your order over the phone at 1-833-4-ATTACH and discuss the details with one of our customer service representatives. Our Returns Policy and Warranty Policy do not apply to International Shipments.
I found a lower price on a competitors website, do you price match?
We are proud to offer a Price Match Guarantee. We simply ask that the item you're comparing to ours is being offered by an authorized retailer in good standing.

We do offer discounted product and will occasionally offer promotions.
